The machine can blow plastic laminated film with 3 different raw materials.The film has all merits fo each layer,the characters of heat seal, obstruction,high temperature resistance and oil resistance make the film be widely uses in various light and heavy packages,espcially be used in liquid package. Both the cylinder and the screw of the extruder are made of high-quality alloy steel? with the best hardness and corrosion resistance after precision processing and nitrogen treatment. By special designing, it has a large length/diameter ratio. Consequently, we can get the best plastic film and good molding performance. 2. Scientifically designed and precisely processed, the machine head adopts the rotary rod. The rotary machines head is also provided for selecting. 3. The electrical parts adopt high-quality products. The main motor is controlled with import transducer which has the advantages, such as stable and reliable operation and saving energy. 4. Traction device can lift or drop freely as the techniques demand, and the transducer is provided. 5. You can select signal or double rotation winder. The transducer could be adopting in the second rotation winder section.
